The navigation errors have been resolved. As part of the response, we temporarily turned off the Pending Payment feature. We’ll share an update when we know when it can be made available again.

We are aware of the upcoming permanent time zone changes affecting parts of Canada and understand the importance of ensuring the correct times display on your schedule. Our development team is actively reviewing these changes and we will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Some users may be unable to scan documents to Revolution after updating their Mac computer. This issue is related to Apple’s transition away from supporting Intel-based applications on newer macOS versions, particularly on Apple silicon Macs. Operating systems that have been reported this affects so far are Golden Gate and Rosetta Our Development team is aware of the issue and is working toward a resolution. We will provide an update when more information is available.

ClinicAid has rolled back changes associated with this issue, and offices may now resume submitting claims. Our teams will continue working together to identify and implement a permanent solution while monitoring the integration.
