Why We Built Alert24

We got tired of paying for four separate tools just to keep users informed during outages. So we built the one platform that replaces all of them.

The Problem That Started It All

If you've ever run a production service, you know the drill. You need uptime monitoring (Pingdom, UptimeRobot), on-call scheduling (PagerDuty, Opsgenie), a status page for customers (Statuspage.io), and something to track whether your cloud providers are having issues (StatusGator, ThousandEyes).

That's three to four separate vendors, three to four separate bills, and a pile of manual glue to stitch them together. When AWS has an outage at 2 AM, someone still has to wake up, check if it's actually affecting your service, update the status page, and notify subscribers — all while half asleep and switching between four browser tabs.

We lived this for years. We watched the bills climb past $200/month for a small team, and every incident felt like a fire drill with too many tools and not enough automation.

Alert24 was built to fix this. One platform. One bill. One login. And enough automation that your status page can update itself at 2 AM so your team doesn't have to.

One Platform Instead of Four

Alert24 combines the tools teams already use into a single, tightly integrated platform.

Uptime Monitoring

HTTP, TCP, ping, and SSL checks at 30-second intervals. Replaces Pingdom and UptimeRobot.

Status Pages

Branded, auto-updating status pages with custom domains. Replaces Statuspage.io — and actually updates themselves during incidents.

Incidents & On-Call

Schedules, escalations, phone/SMS/push alerts, and full incident lifecycle. Replaces PagerDuty.

Dependency Monitoring

Track 2,000+ third-party services and cloud providers. When AWS goes down, your status page updates automatically. Replaces StatusGator.

Why Teams Trust Alert24

We built Alert24 on the same infrastructure that powers some of the world's largest websites — and made it accessible to teams of every size.

Global Serverless Infrastructure

Alert24 runs on Cloudflare's edge network — not a single server in a closet somewhere. Your monitoring and status pages are served from 300+ locations worldwide.

120+ Integrations with Auto-Detection

Paste a webhook URL from Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty, or any of 120+ tools. Alert24 figures out the source and applies the right parsing automatically.

Full REST API

Everything you can do in the UI, you can do via the API. Automate monitors, incidents, status pages, and more.

Security-First Architecture

Edge-native, serverless, encrypted at rest and in transit. Built on infrastructure trusted by millions of websites.

Built for Reliability

A monitoring tool that goes down during an outage is worse than no monitoring at all. Here's how we make sure that doesn't happen.

Edge-Native Architecture

Alert24 runs on Cloudflare Workers — serverless functions deployed to 300+ cities in 100+ countries. There's no single data center to fail. Your monitoring checks and status pages are served from the edge closest to your users.

Serverless & Auto-Scaling

No servers to patch, no capacity to plan. Alert24 scales automatically from one check to millions. You never have to worry about our infrastructure — that's the whole point.

Globally Distributed

Monitoring checks run from multiple regions simultaneously. If one region has connectivity issues, others continue checking. False positives are filtered out automatically.
