We experienced intermittent payment failures between 11:14am and 11:31am today. During this period, payments via MyPost Business (MPB), Credit Card, and PayPal may have failed. The issue has now been resolved, and all systems are functioning normally. We recommend customers retry their payments, which should now be successful.

There is an Unplanned OUTAGE with label print service from 10:08 am Monday 10th Nov to 10:25 am Monday 10th Nov. The issue has been resolved. Australia Post apologise for any inconvenience caused.
