Connection history was also recorded properly. Temporary Database Connectivity Issue (9:26-9:30 JST)

We are providing an update following the temporary connectivity issue that occurred on December 14, 2025, from 9:26 AM to 9:30 AM JST. The service has been fully restored. **Root Cause Identified:** Upon investigation, we determined that there were no issues with the database itself. The problem was specifically identified as a failure in the **connection path** to the database. **Future Countermeasures:** As a preventative measure, we will be implementing **additional redundancy** across our infrastructure to enhance resilience and prevent similar occurrences in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused.
