We have addressed the cause of the unscheduled interruption to logins, email sending, and subscriber sign ups. Customers are now able to log in, broadcast emails are sending, workflow emails are sending, and subscribers who signed up during the outage have been added. All other services are also working as expected. Thank you for your patience.

We addressed the cause of the unscheduled interruption impacting access to the subscriber management page. Customers are now able to access the subscriber management page and all services are working as expected. There was no interruption in adding new subscribers. Thank you for your patience.

We addressed the cause of the unscheduled interruption, which affected click tracking and caused a delay in adding new subscribers. Click tracking is now working as expected and new subscribers are being added as expected. Any new subscribers acquired during the interruption have been added as well. Thank you for your patience.

The interruption to viewing draft messages and sent broadcasts has been resolved and all delayed broadcasts sending to segments that include filters for previous opens, clicks, page visits, or sales have been sent as of 4:18pm EDT.
