Facebook Ads - Several metrics returning 0's or inaccurate values

This incident is resolved and the Facebook Ads spend, impressions, and clicks that were missing or lower than expected are now accurate in Funnel. Meta fixed the issue affecting its Insights API, which Funnel uses to retrieve Facebook Ads data, on October 21. New data loads with correct values and we have restored the historical dates that were affected. No further action is needed on your end and we will close out the status page.
X Ads sources in Delayed state for Subset of report types

We have resolved the remaining issues with segmented X Ads reports together with X. X confirmed that Age, Gender, Platforms, and Location / Metro Area are supported, and our checks show these breakdowns downloading again. Data collection for these report types has resumed. Location / Country remains unsupported. Existing sources keep their historical data. Location / Metro Area is the supported geo breakdown. Two limits are unchanged. Reach & Frequency windows longer than 7 days are still rejected by X, and sources configured that way show a clear error in Funnel. Paid ads are still not re-downloaded from before April 2026. Data already in Funnel stays available. Campaigns using line-item budget optimization can still return no metrics. X has acknowledged this, and we are waiting on a fix from them.
