At approximately 1:39pm EST today an update to our backend services was deployed, causing files to be removed, leading to issues with activations and audience counts. At 2:34pm EST the changes were reverted and errors started going down to 0. All Impacted jobs have been successfully resent. The issue has since stabilized and we are continuing to monitor.

This incident has been resolved and Facebook Ad exports are now working as expected. Customers can rerun any jobs as needed through the ActionIQ platform.
