On 20 August 2026, between 10:02 and 10:18 CEST, some users experienced problems signing in to the platform. The cause was a rate limit within one of the components that temporarily restricted authentication requests. Dear movingimage Users, We are pleased to inform you that we identified and resolved an earlier issue that affected the thumbnail creation and video transcoding in VideoManager Pro. For some videos no thumbnail could be generated or video transcoding failed. We have identified affected videos, triggered the transcoding and will also recover affected thumbnails.
