We continue working on a service degradation affecting Panda System Management backend services on both Windows and macOS. Certification of the new version of Panda System Management is progressing across Windows, macOS and Linux platforms, and all testing completed so far has been successful. Until the new version is available, workarounds can be used: <br> <b>Windows:</br><br> - Downloading the installer directly from the management console is currently unavailable.<br> - Workaround: Install a previously downloaded agent. The agent will automatically update to the latest available version after installation. <br> <b>macOS:</br><br> - Certain endpoint management actions, including WebRemote and other remote operations, are currently unavailable for some macOS endpoints.<br> - Workaround: Uninstall the existing agent, download the latest agent from the console, and reinstall it. During installation, ensure that all requested permissions are granted on the endpoint. <br> The next update will be posted by Oct 12th, 2026, 20:00 UTC, unless we are able to confirm the release date of the fix sooner. We apologise for the impact this issue may have had on you or your customers and thank you for your patience while we work on the resolution.
