Some OpenAthens customers may have experienced difficulties when accessing online resources between 08:15 15th June and 13:30 17th June UK time. This was caused by a parsing issue that was introduced with a recent release of the OpenAthens authentication point. We rolled back this release to resolve the problem. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.

Degradation Of Service - Redirector - P2

An outage occurred between 08:34 and 11:21 BST during a routine upgrade of the Managed Proxy service. Customers accessing certain resources via the Redirector (https://go.openathens.net). During that time users would have seen a phishing error. We applied a fix as soon as we became aware of the incident which restored the service to full functionality.
