Stale/Missing Data in Backoffice Reports

The issue has been resolved. Reporting for October 1 is now complete and up to date. Backoffice reports and the FinancialAPI v1 and v2 now show all October 1 sales and any delayed scheduled report emails have been delivered. October 1 report totals can be used for reconciliation as normal. If you still see a difference, please contact Support with the report name, location and date.

Users should move across to the live version of our app if they were on test builds, emails have been sent to all customers advising of this process if they were impacted - if you were missed, kindly contact our support team.
