Between 15:15 and 15:30 UTC (17:15-17:30 CEST) on September 2, some customers experienced elevated error rates and slow performance, affecting both our EU- and US-hosted environments. This was caused by an internal deployment change and resolved on its own within about fifteen minutes once traffic was rerouted back to normal. We’re sorry for the disruption this caused.
