The issue has now been resolved and the service is operating normally again. The problem was caused by an AWS-related outage. We’ve confirmed that DNS lookups are functioning as expected and are continuing to monitor the situation closely. Thank you for your patience while this was being addressed.
Issue with Google Slides Chrome Extension

Our Google Slides integration should gradually be returning to normal, although it can take a number of days for the new version of the chrome extension to reach you. This is something that we don't have any control over so if you find the present mode still isn't loading for you, please continue to use the following workaround: - Disable the Slido Chrome Extension - Open your presentation in Google Slides - Click the green Present button directly from the Slido sidebar
