We have identified a partial outage affecting a specific set of ISP proxy IP addresses in New York City. The affected IP addresses stopped responding from approximately 14:25 UTC on 26 August 2026. Only those IP addresses are impacted; proxy IP addresses that were working after that time, and all other locations, are not affected. Replacement IP addresses are being prepared exclusively for customers whose proxy IP addresses are affected, and those proxies will be transferred to the new IP addresses. If your proxy IP addresses are working, you are not affected and no action is needed. We will share further updates as the transfers progress.
