PI software Assessment Site Outage

We’re pleased to share that the performance issues impacting the PI assessment site have been fully resolved. During our investigation, we uncovered that a specific type of assessment link was the source of the performance issues. Our team has implemented a fix and taken additional steps to ensure continued stability. All assessment functionality has been restored, including previously impacted assessment links, and the site is operating normally. We will continue monitoring the situation closely to ensure performance continues unimpeded. We understand how critical the assessment experience is to your workflows, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption this caused. Cognitive Assessment: 'Something went wrong..' error message appearing for some candidates

We have confirmed that candidates should no longer receive the error message “Something went wrong. Please contact your administrator” when attempting to complete the Cognitive Assessment. Candidates should now be able to utilize the Cognitive Assessment links that were initially sent out to them to complete the assessment.
