Lebanon and Nicaraguan - Call Center Shared Line Changes

We have been notified by our carrier the following changes for Lebanon and Nicaragua. Lebanon - Effective 31st of July 2026, (01-426-801) 855-8659-450 will be disconnected and we will be unable to provide service a number for this country. Reporting parties will still be able to submit cases via the web or use our Global Reverse Charge number by dialing (00) 1 -720-514-4400. We will continue to work with our provider on future options. Nicaragua - Effective immediately, 50518002201152 has been disconnected by the local carrier. The only number option will be a local number 2248-2265. Reporting parties can still submit reports via the web. We understand its impact on your employees' ability to report using those country numbers and we will notify you if we are able to procure new numbers in the future. Rwanda - Call Center Shared Line Additon

We have now added Rwanda to our list of countries with shared lines. The new shared number has passed testing and is ready for use. The new number for Rwanda is +250 229 000 580. Individuals can now call in reports through this number and can still submit a report through web intake, located on your organization's dedicated landing page or at https://www.convercent.com/report. We are adding the Rwanda shared number listed on landing pages and related content within Convercent's Community and Knowledgebase. If your organization has any materials listing numbers, such as a code of conduct, flyers, intranet, policies, etc., please make sure you update those as soon as possible with the new Rwanda shared number. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
