We are aware of an issue affecting some customers who may be unable to view Swagit live streams when using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. As a temporary workaround, affected users can access live streams using an alternate web browser while our team investigates the issue. This issue only impacts live stream viewing and does not affect recorded content or playback of previously recorded meetings. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
