Engage Analytics emails being quarantined by Microsoft Defender (AU, US, EU)

After extended monitoring, Exclaimer engineers are no longer seeing any continued instances of click-tracking links within the impacted regions being flagged by Microsoft Defender at this time. Customers who previously disabled this feature can look to enable click-tracking analytics from within the Exclaimer Cloud portal. Customers are now able to purchase and set up via Microsoft marketplace again. There was a latent configuration issue within our Microsoft tenant that only became a problem recently. We are still investigating what changed Microsoft side that lead to this becoming an issue.
Mail not being processed in primary data centers
