NFT listing failure

On the 28th November 2025 the Immutable Orderbook experienced a partial outage for NFT listing and cancellations. This incident was resolved at 11:00AM by our team. Our team has retrospectively filled this incident to provide public transparency to our outages and after internal incident review has implemented additional protections to ensure that similar failures will not occur in future.
Some Passport transactions are unable to finalise
