Genies Unable to Retrieve Results from Knowledge Bases

On April 29, 2026, between approximately 12:20 PM and 05:00 PM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a degradation with Workato Genies. Customers may observed that Genies did not fetch results from Knowledge Bases leading to inaccurate responses from Genies. The issue has been resolved, and any queries may be retried as necessary. Audit Log Streaming Service Degradation

Between April 28, 2026 at 9:20 AM UTC and May 12, 2026 at 8:55 AM UTC, the Workato platform experienced an issue with Audit Log streaming. Customers with Audit Log streaming configured may have observed that admin audit log events were not delivered to their configured destinations. The issue has been resolved and Audit Log streaming is now functioning normally. Our team is currently working on delivering the affected events to their configured destinations and aims to have this completed by the end of next week. Projects converting to Workflow App projects on update

After further monitoring, this incident is now considered resolved. Customers may now resume project updates without accidentally creating a Workflow App. We are continuing to revert the affected projects to their original state; this remediation will be completed incrementally over the next few working days. We will post a follow-up update once the revert process is complete. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact Workato Support at support.workato.com.
