Customers may observed that Genies did not fetch results from Knowledge Bases leading to inaccurate responses from Genies. The issue has been resolved, and any queries may be retried as necessary. Please contact Workato Support (https://support.workato.com) or your assigned CSM if you have any questions or require assistance regarding this event.
