Amazon AWS experiencing outage

We wanted to provide an update regarding the earlier AWS infrastructure issue affecting a small number of servers hosted in the US-East region. While AWS is still continuing recovery activities within their environment, we have successfully mitigated the impact on our side for the limited number of affected servers. Once services were restored, our automated processes resumed normally and began recovering any missing daily performance data. Our engineering team has confirmed there was no impact to Optimization. We are continuing to review and correct a small number of remaining data inconsistencies on the affected servers. Where applicable, your Client Success team will proactively reach out with any relevant updates regarding your Skai platform. We will continue to monitor the situation closely until AWS confirms full resolution.
Missing Amazon Stream Performance Data for some Accounts
