We have resolved an issue affecting customers using SMS-based Two-factor authentication (2FA) to access Thomson Reuters products. Impacted users did not receive authentication codes, which prevented successful login. The issue is now mitigated and normal service has been restored. If you've exceeded the limit of ten SMS code attempts within an hour, please contact our Support team for assistance.
