Payment processing errors on Bloomerang Fundraising giving forms

On Monday, May 18, between approximately 5:45 PM and 7:00 PM Eastern, donors using Bloomerang Fundraising forms may have encountered errors when submitting a payment. Our engineering team identified the cause, deployed a fix, and has confirmed that transactions are processing normally again.

Between 3:12 PM and 5:22 PM ET, some users may have experienced intermittent performance issues or delays within the CRM. Our teams have addressed the cause of this degradation, and all systems are now operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Users unable to login

Earlier today, between approximately 8:35 AM and 9:49 AM ET, some Bloomerang Fundraising users experienced difficulty logging in to the platform. Our team identified that an internal caching service reached capacity, which prevented login requests from being processed successfully. To restore access, we cleared the affected cache, which resolved the issue. As a result, some users may have been prompted to log in again. The underlying cause has been identified and our engineering team is actively working on a permanent fix to prevent recurrence. We will continue to closely monitor the system throughout the day. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
