We had a brief period this morning from 7:06 AM EDT to 7:42 AM EDT, which resulted in customers on pms.us.stayntouch.com not being able to log into the PMS. This was a result of an issue with one of our back-end systems. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Rover Degradation on October 1, 2020 from 11:10am to 12:40pm EDT

On October 1 at 11:10am EDT, some users across our multiple instances reported that they were unable to log in to the Rover web application, while others were in the system. Our team identified that the issue was related to an incompatible encryption component in our infrastructure. The fix was deployed and confirmed as fixed at 12:40pm EDT. Other services were unaffected.
