Dear Iristel Customers, After a thorough investigation, our Platform Team has determined that the only way to resolve this outage is to perform an on-site device replacement. A replacement device has been sourced and fully configured for the affected location. One of our technicians will begin traveling to the region shortly to complete the replacement activity. Dear Iristel customers, Please be advised that we faced a temporary issue within our webex platform. This issue was attributed to a transit provider causing a connectivity issue towards our network. Our network infrastructure team has now blacklisted this transit provider which has resolved our issues with webex connectivity.
