We’re aware of a payment file response issue currently impacting Bank Of Queensland and their transactions. Some Bank of Queensland (BOQ) disbursements may still be processing, despite workspace showing as “Completed and Disbursed” before BOQ has finished processing payments. In these cases funds may not yet have been received despite the completed status. Bank Of Queensland is actively working to resolve this issue. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you and your customers. We appreciate your patience and will provide you with an update within the hour. Please be advised this is not a PEXA Issue.
