We experienced a temporary disruption in analytics dashboards yesterday, due to a global AWS infrastructure outage impacting multiple services across the web. The issue is now resolved and the analytics dashboards are currently getting the data up to date.

On June 17th, 2025, approximately between 2:03 pm and 2:20 pm Eastern time, Sticky.io experienced a temporary outage that affected merchants’ interface as well as APIs, due to an internal error with a backend data update. Once the root issue was identified, the team quickly reverted the update, which restored service stability. The Engineering team has since reviewed and updated deployment protocols to prevent this type of incidents from occurring again in the future.
Reporting Services Disrupted

Our technical teams observed a disruption to our analytics and reporting services. Users may have experienced long loading times when accessing reports within the sticky.io CRM. At this time other functions like Order-Processing and Subscriptions were NOT impacted. A fix has been deployed and the issue has been fully resolved.

Starting at 2:36 PM Eastern, we noted an AWS outage in US East that is causing a degradation in our order processing capabilities. As of 5:18 PM Eastern, the issue has been fully resolved and our order processing capabilities have stabilized.

Starting from 7 am Eastern time we have noticed a problem with country codes causing potential errors in the creation of new orders. Our team has identified the root cause behind the issue and addressed it. A fix has been deployed and the issue has been fully resolved.
