We experienced a momentary disruption in handling transactions due to a failure with our database provider. The issue has been identified and the system is now fully restored.

Request Timeouts on KOMOJU

Between 11:49 and 12:04 JST, a portion of requests to KOMOJU experienced timeouts due to an infrastructure failure at our cloud provider. Requests resumed processing automatically once the issue was resolved, and no merchant action is required.

Issues with capturing bank transfer payments

We have identified the issue, and implemented a fix. We will continue to monitor it, but we expect no further impact. Any failed bank transfer payment captures will be retried.
