CPS Transaction Incident

The issue affecting CPS (Chase Salem/Paymentech) transactions has been resolved. We observed a period where some transactions were declined or experienced timeouts due to a temporary connection issue with CPS. The connection has since stabilized, and transaction processing is operating normally. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure ongoing reliability.

We identified and resolved an issue related to transaction processing on the TSYS platform. To minimize impact, certain merchants processing on TSYS with settlement scheduled for the 2:30 AM ET settlement job will experience settlement at an alternate time. All other transaction processing is functioning normally.
