Between 2:11 PM and 2:23 PM Eastern, some customers accessing view.meridiankiosks.com experienced service unavailability. Monitoring alerts triggered an investigation that quickly isolated the issue to an application-level fault affecting request handling for a subset of sessions. Engineering implemented a targeted patch to remediate the fault and restore normal service.
