myOswego - Browse Classes Outage

Starting at approximately 7:45 p.m. yesterday, Feb. 25, the Browse Courses feature of myOswego became unavailable to anyone from on and off-campus. Users were presented with a “Sorry, the server received an internal error” message. At approximately 2:27 p.m. today, Feb. 26, our hosting provider resolved the issue. The Browse Classes feature in myOswego is now working as expected. Thank you for your patience. Issues accessing campus services via CAS login

Starting today, Jan. 20, at approximately 9:51 a.m., Campus Technology Services (CTS) became aware of technical difficulties with our Central Authentication Service (CAS). This is impacting the ability to log in to several university systems from both on and off-campus, including but not limited to: Qualtrics Blackbaud Interview Exchange Any other application using a “https://cas-prod.oswego.edu/” web address to log in At approximately 2:32 p.m. today, Jan. 20, services to the campus were restored. Voicemail and phone tree issue

Starting at approximately 11:15 a.m.. today, Jan. 17, campus voicemail and phone extensions set up with call trees became unavailable to all callers from on and off-campus. The following were characteristics of the issue: -Phone calls to on-campus phone numbers are unable to transfer to voicemail if a caller does not answer -Calling voicemail is unavailable -Phone numbers set up with a call tree result in a “please try again” answer At approximately 5:10 p.m., the issue was resolved.
