Important Update About Canvas Integration

After thorough assessment, we are beginning the process of restoring Canvas integration with Renaissance products this week. Each Renaissance product may have a slightly different timeline for re-enablement, but the restoration process is now underway. Once integration is restored by product, districts can choose to reset and restore their Canvas connections. Districts can expect additional communications from us throughout the week as we move forward with specific instructions and support resources for their applicable Renaissance products. Thank you for your patience and partnership as we worked to ensure the continued security and reliability our customers expect from Renaissance.

Accelerated Reader and STAR Quizzes Impacted

Earlier this afternoon, students accessing Accelerated Reader and STAR quizzes encountered a technical issue in which they were unable to access the quiz and were instead presented with a file download prompt. Our engineering teams quickly identified the technical issue, and the system has been restored and is now behaving correctly. All affected students should be able to access STAR and Accelerated Reader quizzes normally. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as our team worked to resolve this issue for you.
