Delayed Scoring for Enterprise portal

Between approximately 3:50pm and 4:10pm central time, some customers experienced delays in assessment scoring due to an issue encountered during a planned service deployment for the Enterprise portal. The issue was resolved, and scoring services have returned to normal operation. Any delayed processing should now be updated or can be triggered again as needed.

Issue with Examplify

Exam posting functionality through the Legacy Portal has been restored, and administrators are able to post exams successfully. If a posted exam is missing, please recreate the exam and post it again. Students who have already downloaded their exams can continue to launch and complete their exams without issue. Completed exams remain safely stored on the student's device and can be uploaded normally. At this time, all services are operating normally. We will continue to review this incident internally, but no further customer impact has been observed.
Scheduled Update – SSO Configuration Change

The Legacy SAML SSO certificate update has been completed. Customers who have updated their Identity Provider (IdP) configuration with the new certificate should now be able to successfully authenticate via SSO. Institutions that have not yet applied the updated certificate may continue to experience login issues until their configuration is updated. The updated certificate remains available here: https://sso.examsoft.com/sp/metadata.xml Thank you for your patience while we worked through this update.
