This incident has been resolved. As a result of this issue, scheduled reports and background report runs failed between 7:00 AM and 9:17 AM. The Business Intelligence Team is in the process of resubmitting failed reports during this timeframe.
Google Workspace Transfer Data Alerts

Some customers might be seeing banners in Gmail or other Google apps promoting the ability to transfer data to personal accounts if you are 'Graduating Soon'. These prompts are for informational purposes. In general, no action is required to maintain your account, data access, or current services. If you are graduating soon, congratulations! The Transfer Content feature can help you migrate your content from the Brown Google environment to a personal Google account, to prepare for your transition to our alumni community.
After-the-Fact Service Alert - Resolved: University Hall Network Degradation

Some users in University Hall experienced stability problems in Zoom meetings between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. Zoom service now appears to be stable. OIT is investigating to improve stability in the future.
MyPrint Degraded for macOS Users

Users on macOS are prompted for authentication for every MyPrint print job when running macOS 26.4 or later, 15.7.5 or later, 14.8.5 or later. Selecting the option to "Remember this password in my keychain" does not work. Print jobs are successfully submitted when a user re-enters their Brown username and password for each job. OIT's print vendor has acknowledged the issue, and is working with Apple on a resolution in a future Apple security update.
Cognos Analytics — Degraded Functionality

In the report output viewer window, using the ‘Run’ button to re-run a report is currently causing an issue that can lead to a Cognos Analytics outage. OIT is working with IBM to investigate and resolve the issue. In the meantime, to mitigate the risk of further outages, please run reports only from a content tab object list (i.e., click on the report name or from the Action menu, select ‘Run as’). Do not attempt to re-run a report by clicking the ‘Run’ button when viewing report output. We will update this message when the issue is resolved.
