Between 11 AM Eastern, August 25th, and 12 PM Eastern, August 26th, an issue with the [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected] "[email protected]") email resulted in customers receiving "address not found" errors or unable to reach this email for support. We have put measures in place to prevent a recurrence and the [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected] "[email protected]") email has returned to normal.
Intermittent Databricks connection Errors

This incident is resolved. Connections to Databricks warehouses in our AU region returned to normal operation at approximately August 25, 04:07 UTC, and we have seen no further errors since. A recent deployment to the Studio AI assistant (Wizard) caused it to lose required parameters when using its tools, resulting in failures for file reads and edits, git actions, and dbt commands run through the assistant. This impacted the Studio AI assistant across multiple multi-tenant instances between 2026-08-18 08:47 UTC and 2026-08-18 10:18 UTC. A fix has been released and all affected systems are functioning normally.
