Issues with accessing Databox app

We experienced a service disruption affecting the Databox app. Due to technical issues, our web app was unavailable on Wednesday, May 13, from 02:00 to 06:38 CET (Tuesday, May 12, from 8:00 PM to 12:38 AM EST). All services have since been restored and are operating normally.

The Databox app was inaccessible during the following period: Tuesday, 13:58–14:06 CET (08:58–09:06 EST) All services have since been restored and are operating normally.
Outgoing Email Delays

The issue affecting outgoing emails has been resolved. Scheduled notifications, password reset emails, and user invitation emails are sending normally. We will continue monitoring.
Syncing issues with Google Analytics 4

We experienced a service disruption affecting the Databox app. During this incident, the application was unavailable, resulting in an outage across all services. The Databox app was inaccessible during the following periods: Friday, 00:37–01:12 CET (Thursday, 6:37–7:12 PM EST) Friday, 04:35–04:50 CET (Thursday, 10:35–10:50 PM EST) All users attempting to access the Databox app during these periods were impacted. As a result, regular data syncing may have been delayed, the first scheduled sync of the day may have been missed, and some notifications may have been delayed or not delivered. All services have since been restored and are operating normally.
