All reporting is now completed. We have also resolved the root cause. Customers should now be able to see the latest reporting in the platform. We'll be continue reviewing and ensure this does not happen again in the future.

The issue has now been resolved. We will be reviewing the incident and ensuring that we can make any changes to improve the platform reliability in the future. We identified an issue with Merchant API which caused increase error rates when trying to perform API requests. We worked with our external vendor to resolve the issue and once it was resolved error rates dropped back to expected levels. If you sent any data to the API between 13:00 GMT and 16:30 GMT, we recommend that you replay those requests to ensure all expected actions have taken place.

The issue has now been resolved. Documentation is restored. We will be reviewing the incident and working with our third party documentation hosting provider to ensure the issue doesn't occur again.

The issue has now been resolved. We will be reviewing the incident and ensuring that we can make any changes to improve the platform reliability in the future. The issue was related to a failure in our primary database. Queries used to retrieve information about rewards became unexpectedly slow after a routine database change. We have narrowed down the problem to a specific database table. This had a knock on effect of causing the platform to become slow or unavailable. We will be investigating with Amazon Web Services to understand what might have caused this problem and to understand how to prevent this error occurring again. During the period, users will have experienced that the Mention Me platform was either unavailable or slow to respond. Data sent to Mention Me (e.g. as part of an integration), or sent from Mention Me (e.g. as part of a webhook or an email to a customer) has now been processed. No data we received has been lost, however, some data may never have made it to Mention Me. We aim to provide a high level of service, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you, your colleagues or your clients.
