We identified the issue that prevented new contact records from being created via Data Sync and file imports. Updates to existing records were not affected. A fix has been deployed and verified. If you use full-file imports, no action is needed — your next import will automatically create any records that were missed. If you use delta/partial imports, we are identifying and reprocessing affected jobs on our end. You do not need to re-upload anything.
