An API outage occurred on April 16, 2025 between 8:20am EST and 8:40am EST. During this incident, the core API for Deadline Funnel stopped responding to requests, which in turn caused Deadline Funnel functionality to stop working: - Login to user dashboard - Email links - Page integrations Our team quickly identified the root cause, resolved the issue, and restored all services to a healthy state. On September 21, 2022 at 8:45pm, a DNS configuration issue led to an outage of Deadline Funnel email links. This was resolved at 11:00pm EST. We apologize for the issue and have taken steps to prevent this from happening again in the future.

At 12pm EST on 8/23/22, a deployment introduced increased load on our production database. This caused three downtime incidents between 12pm and 1pm EST: - 12:12pm - 12:21pm EST - 12:24pm - 12:32pm EST - 12:40pm - 12:49pm EST During these three incidents, the core API for Deadline Funnel stopped responding to requests, which in turn caused core Deadline Funnel functionality to stop working: - Email links - Email timers - Page integrations - Zapier integrations We resolved this issue by reverting the deployment and manually killing the long-running queries that had been introduced and that were causing these issues on the production database. When those steps were completed, both the database and API returned to a healthy state, and all functionality was restored. The root cause has been identified and additional updates are being made over the next 24 hours to prevent this from happening again in the future. From 9:18am EST to 10:18am EST on 7/28/21, one of our API services experienced an outage. This caused almost all requests to fail that were related to Deadline Funnel email links or Deadline Funnel appearing on a campaign page. The root cause appears to have been a feature flag that was enabled for a user that triggered an edge case and resulted in significant load on our database. We apologize for this issue, and are continuing to work on updates to prevent this from happening again in the future.
