Intermittent Token Request Failures Due to Third-Party Service Disruption

On September 16 from 7:50 AM to 15:26 UTC, some customers may have experienced failures when requesting Veeam Backup and Replication tokens, including `503 Service Temporarily Unavailable` responses. Our investigation confirmed the issue was caused by a widespread Salesforce service incident that impacted Salesforce API availability, which is used as part of product installation validation. Once Salesforce resolved the incident, normal service operation was restored.
We are investigating access issues affecting M365 Self-Service Restore users when logging into the Web UI.
